Willie Earl Scott founded and leads ChumCity, News_Wise_Media and SEFG.

As the founder and CEO of the super network ChumCity.xyz, Willie leads all product design, engineering and directives of the company's electric communications, social products and community/service products.

Since the company’s inception in 2022, ChumCity's mission has been to facilitate the rapport of greater society through the harmonious transition of its citizens—physically, mentally, spiritually—to a more seamless and sustainable existence. ChumCity's aim is to cater to its users needs in every facet of functionality, both locally as well as globally.

An intellectual conservative capitalist raised in the inner-city and ruthlessly challenged by Big Brother, Willie has from the start seeded the words personal privacy and protection into his companies' mission statements, and to that end is financing the first ever independently operated data center with its own automatic deletion system in rural Alabama's most conservative and secure county.

Willie is also founder, chairman and CEO of the Scott Elohim Financial Group (SEFG), which is the parent company of independent entities Inacell Records, GCheck.tv, both GlobalStorm films and book publishing arms, and is responsible for setting the overall direction and product strategy for the companies. He is also the co-founder and co-CEO of the Norwood Initiative, which is leveraging technology to help solve some of urban America's toughest challenges, which he readily admits totally ruined and disadvantaged his generation – from eradicating corruptible culture ("like 'too cool for school,' or glorifying ganglife, for example"), and improving education, to reforming the criminal justice system.

An acclaimed novelist and songwriter that never attended high school or attained a formal higher education, Willie has an IQ of 150 and is almost entirely self-educated, an infinite learner and compulsive reader who taught himself computer science and studied economics via Harvard University's free full semester courses online.

He also launched News_Wise_Media, which publishes some fifty newsmags and periodicals, in both digital and print, on everything from fashion, music and general entertainment to geopolitics, southern culture and technology.

In his previous life, Willie had been a juvenile delinquent and teen desperado without direction and seemingly designed to destruct.
